Fusion in the Forest is built by the people who show up for it.
Alongside workshops and the Rooted Showcase, the weekend makes room for live music, a marketplace of local artists and makers, and volunteers who want to be part of the gathering from the inside out. Each opportunity has its own short application form.
Vendors
We will also be accepting vendor applications for artists, makers, and small businesses interested in sharing their offerings throughout the weekend. If you are interested in vending at the event, please sign up in the link below.

Dancers apply to the Rooted Showcase through a separate process.
Rooted Showcase
You must sign up for a workshop to receive the link to apply to perform in the Saturday night showcase, 7–10 PM in the Jade Studio at Redwood Raks. Workshop signups are due by October 1 — those signed up will be given a priority timeslot. Workshop & showcase tickets → Showcase details →
